Dr. Siefring engaged in 4 months of international training and clinical rotations in his final year in Medical School in which he traveled to Hangzhou, China and worked diligently at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, being exposed to unique patient presentations and diseases. In addition, Dr. Siefring used this opportunity to gain exposure to all facets of Chinese Traditional Medicine, including Acupuncture.

Dr. Siefring continued to seek out centers of excellence in education, training, and experience throughout his medical career, enrolling and learning from some of Europe’s renowned educational institutions and earning diplomas from prestigious institutions. These included:

• Diploma of Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University
• Diploma in Dermoscopy from Austria’s Graz Medical University

His academic pursuits in the study and treatment of Skin Cancer led him to the University of Queensland in Australia, where he completed a Master’s Degree in Skin Cancer, illustrating his unyielding commitment to the field of dermal sciences. His thesis defense focused on Arsenic as a skin cancer carcinogen and led to the publication of a portion of the research in the British Journal of Medicine.
